About the Book

When Sue Anderson-Stevens lost both of her parents within months of each other, everything changed.

In Love and Loss of a Parent, she shares her deeply personal journey through grief from caring for her parents through illness, to the emotional weight of anticipatory grief, burnout, and saying goodbye.

But this is more than a story of loss.

Love and Loss Community

If you’ve lost a parent and feel like no one truly understands… this space is for you.

This community was created from my own journey of losing both of my parents. I know how heavy, confusing, and lonely grief can feel.

This is a place where you don’t need the right words. You don’t have to be strong. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You can simply be where you are.
